What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping Costs

Currently, deliveries and returns in Belgium are free.

For France, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, the delivery cost is €10. Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

  • For Belgium, all orders are delivered within 3 working days.
  • For the Netherlands and Luxembourg, all orders are delivered within 4-5 working days.
  • For France, all orders are delivered within 5 working days.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

What are the exchange and return conditions?

Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of underwear and shaping clothing, which cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  • The return policy applies only to purchases made on www.anne-sophie.be.
  • The item must not have been worn and must be in perfect condition.
  • The original price tag must be attached to the item.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (in good condition).
  • Shoes must not show signs of wear or trying on outside. Please try your shoes indoors on a clean surface.

How to Exchange or Return My Order?

Exchange (In-Store Only)

If you are satisfied with your item but the size is not right or the fit is not suitable, no problem. Come to exchange your item in-store. One of our consultants will be happy to help you find the item that suits you.

Prefer to come back and choose an item at another time? No problem. During your exchange, you will receive a voucher for the value of your item.

Return

You are always welcome in one of our stores. We recommend returning an item this way. This will allow you to seek advice from one of our saleswomen and find the items that suit you best.

Didn't find what you were looking for today? No problem. You exchange your item for a voucher. And you will come back at another time because we have new arrivals every week!

 

The other possibility, of course, is a refund.

In both cases, here are the steps to follow:

  • Fill out the return form that is in your package and keep it.
  • Prepare your return package with suitable packaging materials.
  • In your package, include the purchase invoice (received in your package during delivery) and the merchandise to be returned.
  • In-store, present the return form along with your package.
  • Complete the document that our staff will present to you when you come to drop off your package.
  • As soon as we receive your package, and if everything is in order (see the exchange and return conditions mentioned above), you will receive a confirmation email with the refund amount. We do our best to refund our customers within 14 days.

You can also send us a package by post. Return costs are currently covered by us for Belgium.

  • Retrieve the return label that was in the package we initially sent you.
  • Then, prepare your return package with suitable packaging materials.
  • In your package, put the merchandise to be returned and attach the return label to the packaging.
  • Drop off your package at the selected drop-off point.
  • Request proof of delivery from the drop-off point and keep it carefully for a minimum of 3 months.
  • As soon as we receive your package, and if everything is in order (see the exchange and return conditions mentioned above), you will receive a confirmation email with the refund amount.
  • We do our best to refund our customers within 5 working days after receiving the package.

 

By Post, from France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands

Return costs are at your expense from Belgium.

  • Fill out the return form that is included with your order.
  • Prepare your return package with suitable packaging materials.
  • In your package, include the completed return form, the invoice, and the merchandise to be returned.
  • Ship your package to the following address: Anne Sophie (Texcodeck) Avenue des Moissons 15a, 1360 Perwez, BELGIUM.
  • Drop off your package at a post office.
  • Request proof of delivery from the post office and keep it carefully for a minimum of 3 months.
  • As soon as we receive your package, and if everything is in order (see the exchange and return conditions mentioned above), you will receive a confirmation email with the refund amount.
  • We do our best to refund our customers within 5 working days after receiving the package.

 

When and How Will I Be Refunded?

Upon receipt of your items by our e-commerce department, and if everything is in order (see the exchange and return conditions mentioned above), we will initiate the refund process within 5 working days after receiving your return. You will be refunded to the account associated with the credit card used when placing the order.
